my name is Jose Canas I am a junior in the Bachelor of Social Work program as a retiree from the Army's table state just kind of fit into what I needed to do as far as being able to reach my goals in particularly BSW program is one of the better programs that is recognized throughout the country so I thought that was a good starting point for me one of the things that really turned me on to Fayetteville State was just how involved they are in the community so in in my first and second semesters I had to do some service learning in which I had to be engaged in the community so I thought that that was something that is useful and definitely in my field of work as a potential future social worker that was something that I wanted to be able to contribute specifically having been a former soldier that was something that I wanted to continue to do in my life serve contributing some kind of capacity coming from a very large city it's very easy to get lost in the mix although failure is not ne
