Enrollment services is comprised of a team of enrollment coaches, student support specialists, and customer service assistants like myself and our student workers who help answer the phones and get students where they need to go. I'm an enrollment coach, and enrollment coaches are really kind of here to be like an ally for the students. They can call and talk to us about any kind of questions they have about the program. The coaching process is, it's really all about the student. So we start by identifying their goals and, you know, what their values are and identify or confirm if a program is a good fit for what they're looking for. And, after that, you know, it's kind of a dialogue to consider things like, what the requirements of the program? What are the possible pre-requisites? And then, we'll help with preparing a financial strategy if necessary. Basically the goal is to make sure that they're starting their program with confidence and that they're, you know, off to strong start
