I had two interns in the fall and I have two again in the spring And they come in for one observation and then they teach their first lesson, they come for another observation and then they teach their final two lessons. I think we all benefit from having that partnership with Towson and I think it's really neat that the interns are getting into the classrooms a lot earlier. The ones that really are committed will blossom even more in their sophomore, junior, senior, experiences and we're going to have better quality teachers overall so I think it's great. My in class teaching experience has been great and I think that's one of the greatest things about UTeach is that it allows us to get into the classroom early to see if this is what we like to do. It's just so rewarding to see the kids actually learned something from me. It's definitely just taught me so much about who I am and what I need to be doing.
