[Applause] welcome to waterwise I'm Jason homman the general manager here at Travis County WC id7 and today we'd like to talk about our drought contingency plan mainly what it means to you and how you can stay in compliance the ongoing drought record low inflows as well as Community growth have warranted the need for all of us to improve our conservation here on the Highland Lakes one thing that we all need to consider is where this water is coming from as you can see on this chart published by the LC you can see the magenta color at the bottom of the screen represents the inflows to the Highland Lakes in 2023 this is balanced against the light blue color which is the historical average inflows into the Highland Lakes since 1942 2023 represents the fourth lowest inflows into the Highland Lakes ever recorded here you can see 2022 represents the lowest inflows ever recorded into the Highland Lakes and unfortunately nine out of the 10 worst annual inflows have all occurred since 2006 beca
