okay so we are using Zoom uh today I'm going to go over some housekeeping items all attendees microphones will be muted during the presentation if you're having any trouble uh with the audio you can check your settings under audio settings uh you use the Q a section to ask any questions questions to the presenters and me as the moderator will notify them of the questions so you see right there that you can type in send the question and then either the presenter will answer that audibly or they will go ahead and we can type into the answer there there's also a chat function so if you want to use that to interact with other attendees that would be fine and then lastly there is a hand raising feature if you feel that you need to be um uh immediately address you can use that but we ask that you use the chat and then the Q a for questions during the presentation this event is being live streamed and recorded it will be available shortly after the event through the real preps YouTube site an
