[Music] hi I'm Greg Dell here with attorney Cesar Gaviria and Stephen Jessup and a question we just got in through our website is is unum a good company and it's a relatively it's an interesting question because we don't sell disability insurance we help people apply so we're gonna go from that perspective of saying comparing all the other companies what's it like to deal with them when you have to file a claim if your claim has been denied if the file a lawsuit and we'll touch on those different issues and kind of have like an open conversation and probably touch on a bunch of different experiences that we've had inhaling these unum claims so out of the bat when someone calls you and I guess Steve will go to you first like what's your gut reaction when they say hi I'm a unum claim and I'm you know I've been denied or I'm filing like you know I wouldn't say necessarily gut reaction is the name of the company I think the biggest thing is to find out is an employer provided group policy
