I'm a statistician at the in the Office of Statistical Analysis at the OSHA National Office in Washington, D.C. welcome to our webinar on using OSHA's Injury Tracking Application or ITA to submit your Form 300a and form 300 and 301 data. So getting into our agenda, we'll start out by providing a brief overview of who has to report Form 300a summary data and forms 300 and 301 case data to the ITA and the resources OSHA has made available to help employers determine what they are required to submit. Then we'll go through how to log into the ITA, how to create an establishment, how to submit your data, and where to find other resources.
