Hello everyone. Welcome to NASA's training on  Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations.   My name is Chris Murguia, and I serve as a  Senior Analyst in NASA's Office of Procurement,   Procurement Management and Policy Division.   This training consists of four modules, each  focusing on various aspects of Title 2 of   the Code of Federal Regulations or 2 CFR. It is  intended for entities applying for NASA grants and   cooperative agreements as well as those already in  receipt of a NASA grant or cooperative agreement.   It is important to note that at the time of  this recording, which is late September 2023,   the Office of Management and Budget or OMB is in  the process of revising Federal grant regulations   discussed in this training. Therefore some of the  information in this training may become out of   date once OMB releases their revised regulations  and grant and cooperative agreement applicants   and recipients should always ensure that they
