hi I'm Shawn Reynolds the owner and designated managing broker of Summit properties Northwest and this is a quick how-to or tutorial video on Northwest Multiple Listing Service form 22d and that is the optional clauses addendum to the purchase and sale agreement let's jump on in alright so a lot of this will get pre-populated if you are using a transaction desk and so get the date in here buyers name second buyers name sellers name second sellers name property address city state and zip and then we start off and this has this form I think has like twelve options yeah we've got twelve things to kind of go through it it goes pretty quick alright so you check this one if you are you want to certify that this is the square footage slash lot size encroachments the listing broker and selling broker make no representations concerning any of those factors right there so that is typically a good one to check because you as the broker don't know and you're not really certifying anything title i
