I’m being sued and I’m representing myself in court. How do I fill out the form called “answer to complaint”?
You can represent yourself. Each form is different per state or county but generally an answer is simply a written document which presents a synopsis of your story to the court. The answer is not your defense, just written notice to the court that you intend to contest the suit. The blank forms are available at the court clerk’s office and are pretty much self explanatoryThere will be a space calling for the signature of an attorney. You should sign your name on the space and write the words “Pro se” after your signature. This lets the court know you are acting as your own attorney.

How likely is it that Obama will be able to fill the late Justice Scalia's seat on the Supreme Court before he leaves office?
So, a lot of people have talked about the partisanship of Democrats and Republicans yada, yada, yada—everyone is well aware of that. Let me move away from the question of whether Obama will manage to navigate through the waters of congressional gridlock, just for a moment and provide what I see could potentially be a game changer. Without Justice Scalia, the Court continues. But Chief Justice Roberts from the beginning has talked about wanting to emulate his hero Chief Justice Marshall, who transcended partisanship and got unanimous rulings, becoming the most influential justice in the Court’s history. While we can only speculate at this point, it seems possible that he will make some move to indicate that he wants the Court to fully function, rather have rulings based on 4-4 splits, upholding the lower court’s decision. I really don’t think the other Justices are going to be willing to sit on the sidelines for Obama to leave office, and wait presumably for whoever the next President.Think about this: The next President will be sworn in at the end of January in 2017. And even if they name their nominee on their first day in office, it typically takes on average about three months to nominate and confirm a new Justice. So, the question is will the other Justices and Chief Justice Roberts appeal to country to get someone confirmed? Maybe, because I can’t imagine the Supreme Court being short a Justice all the way until April or May of 2017.

Do military members have to pay any fee for leave or fiancee forms?
NOOOOOOO. You are talking to a military romance scammer. I received an email from the US Army that directly answers your question that is pasted below please keep reading.I believe you are the victim of a military Romance Scam whereas the person you are talking to is a foreign national posing as an American Soldier claiming to be stationed overseas on a peacekeeping mission. That's the key to the scam they always claim to be on a peacekeeping mission.Part of their scam is saying that they have no access to their money that their mission is highly dangerous. If your boyfriend girlfriend/future husband/wife is asking you to do the following or has exhibited this behavior, it is a most likely a scam:Moves to private messaging site immediately after meeting you on Facebook or SnapChat or Instagram or some dating or social media site. Often times they delete the site you met them on right after they asked you to move to a more private messaging siteProfesses love to you very quickly & seems to quote poems and song lyrics along with using their own sort of broken language, as they profess their love and devotion quickly. They also showed concern for your health and love for your family.Promises marriage as soon as he/she gets to state for leave that they asked you to pay for. They Requests money (wire transfers) and Amazon, iTune ,Verizon, etc gift cards, for medicine, religious practices, and leaves to come home, internet access, complete job assignments, help sick friend, get him out of trouble, or anything that sounds fishy. The military does provide all the soldier needs including food medical Care and transportation for leave. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I am just trying to show you examples that you are most likely being connned.Below is an email response I received after I sent an inquiry to the US government when I discovered I was scammed. And how to learn more about Romance Scams.Right now you can also copy the picture he gave you and do a google image search and you will hopefully see the pictures of the real person he is impersonating. this doesn't always work and take some digging. if you find the real person you can direct message them and alert them that their image is being used for scamming.Good Luck to you and I'm sorry this may be happening to you. please continue reading the government response I received below it's very informative. You have contacted an email that is monitored by the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command. Unfortunately, this is a common concern. Should Senate Republicans allow a vote on President Obama's nominee to fill Supreme Court justice Scalia's seat?
Yes, Senate Republicans should allow a vote on whoever President Obama appoints to succeed Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who died Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016. If they don't, they risk further eroding public confidence in the Senate and the Supreme Court, and even then they might not get to choose Scalia's successor, which is what they want. The death of Scalia, the Court's most boisterous conservative, puts the current 5-4 conservative majority in jeopardy. If Obama's appointee is approved by the Senate, it would almost certainly flip the court to a 5-4 liberal majority. It is by law Obama's appointment to make, with the advice and consent of the Senate. But on the same day that Scalia died, Republican Sens. Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz, and Marco Rubio said Obama should allow the next president to appoint Scalia's successor. Several Senate Republicans vowed to block anyone that Obama nominates, and they have the votes to do it. Obama moved quickly to dispel that notion and announced Saturday night that he will appoint a new Justice. The Senate was once the legislative branch where cooler heads prevailed, and the Republicans would be wise to consider the long-term consequences of blocking Obama's nominee without a full hearing. The constitution grants this power to the president, and blocking or ignoring the rules of Senate decorum will one day backfire, when Democrats are in the majority again. If the Senate decides it is no longer bound by rules set down in the constitution, and the Democrats respond in kind, it could eventually cause a breakdown in the rule of law. Before long, we might find that we have no working mechanism for appointing Supreme Court Justices. In the near term, blocking the president's choice for the Supreme Court might inspire Democrats to pack the polling places on election day in November, which would almost certainly mean a defeat for the GOP candidate for president. At that point the reason for blocking Obama's nominee becomes moot and the new Democrat in the White House will appoint the Supreme Court justice. The last Justice appointed during the final year of a president's term was Anthony Kennedy, appointed by Ronald Reagan in 1988. Given that Obama still has 11 months in office, the Senate should swallow its pride and consider Obama's nominee with a straight-up vote on the judge's merits. The Republicans have already been under fire for their lack of accomplishments in this do-nothing Congress, and delaying a Supreme Court appointment for more than a year -- with the potential for 4-4 ties on Court decisions -- would further erode the public trust.Republicans could do lasting harm to the Senate and to the Supreme Court and still fail to get what they want, which is to appoint Scalia's replacement to the Supreme Court. They have yet to win a showdown with the president during the last two Democratic administrations of Obama and Bill Clinton. That's unlikely to change in this showdown because so many uncompromising personalities will be vying for control -- the Republican presidential candidates and Senate leaders -- that they'll be in no position to make a decision that's good for the party and the nation. The nation always loses in these calculations, just as it did when Ted Cruz filibustered and almost single-handedly shut down the federal government at a cost of $12 billion to $24 billion in taxpayers' dollars. And he's the fiscal conservative.

How can I fill out Google's intern host matching form to optimize my chances of receiving a match?
I was selected for a summer internship 2016.I tried to be very open while filling the preference form: I choose many products as my favorite products and I said I'm open about the team I want to join.I even was very open in the location and start date to get host matching interviews (I negotiated the start date in the interview until both me and my host were happy.) You could ask your recruiter to review your form (there are very cool and could help you a lot since they have a bigger experience).Do a search on the potential team. Before the interviews, try to find smart question that you are going to ask for the potential host (do a search on the team to find nice and deep questions to impress your host). Prepare well your resume. You are very likely not going to get algorithm/data structure questions like in the first round. It's going to be just some friendly chat if you are lucky. If your potential team is working on something like machine learning, expect that they are going to ask you questions about machine learning, courses related to machine learning you have and relevant experience (projects, internship). Of course you have to study that before the interview. Take as long time as you need if you feel rusty. It takes some time to get ready for the host matching (it's less than the technical interview) but it's worth it of course.
