Meaning you can sit and do this for 12 hours, or you can pay a CPA by the hour to do it, or you can go to an H&R Block that has flat rates and will do everything but hit Send for free.  So why spend 12 hours doing it incorrectly, destined to worry about the IRS putting you in jail, bankrupting you, or deporting you for the next decade when you can get it done professionally for $200-$300?No, just go get it done right.

Worst case the form is available at the courthouse where your hearing is set to be heard in, typically at the appropriate clerk's window, which may vary, so ask any of the clerk's when you get there.You only have so many days to respond, and it will specify in the paperwork.You will also have to appear in court on the date your hearing is scheduled.Most courts have a department that will help you respond to forms at no cost. The law also allows a nurse to invoke the safe harbor when he or she questions the medical reasonableness of another hEvalthcare provider's order that the nurse is required to execute. The nurse and supervisor document the date, time, location, and reason for the invocation of safe harbor.

Paying attention to and preserving human dignity includes maintaining the patient's autonomy, respect and privacy. Nurses must abide by patients' wishes regarding hEvalthcare choices, and nurses must also remind patients that they have control over their bodies and their care.

The Safe Harbor Rule (SHP) is a nursing peer review process that can be initiated by a nurse when asked to participate in conduct that has the potential to result in one or more violations of Texas Board of Nursing rules and statutes.
