Tornadogenesis: Classical tornadoes are supercellular tornadoes, which have a recognizable pattern of formation.[1] The cycle begins when a strong thunderstorm develops a rotating mesocyclone a few miles up in the atmosphere. As rainfall in the storm increases,  it drags with it an area of quickly descending air known as the rear flank downdraft (RFD). This downdraft accelerates as it approaches the ground, and  drags the rotating mesocyclone towards the ground with it. Storm  relative helicity (SRH) has been shown to play a role in tornado  development and strength. SRH is horizontal vorticity that is parallel  to the Inflow of the storm and is tilted upwards when it is taken up by the updraft, thus creating vertical vorticity.As the mesocyclone lowers below the cloud base, it begins to take in  cool, moist air from the downdraft region of the storm. This convergence  of warm air in the updraft, and this cool air, causes a rotating wall  cloud to form. The RFD also focuses the mesocyclone's base, causing it  to siphon air from a smaller and smaller area on the ground. As the  updraft intensifies, it creates an area of low pressure at the surface.  This pulls the focused mesocyclone down, in the form of a visible  condensation funnel. As the funnel descends, the RFD also signNowes the  ground, creating a gust front that can cause severe damage a good  distance from the tornado. Usually, the funnel cloud begins causing  damage on the ground (becoming a tornado) within a few minutes of the  RFD signNowing the ground.All thanks to 20 sec of searching.

Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I was selected for a summer internship 2016.I tried to be very open while filling the preference form: I choose many products as my favorite products and I said I'm open about the team I want to join.I even was very open in the  location and start date to get host matching interviews (I negotiated the start date in the interview until both me and my host were happy.) You could ask your recruiter to review your form (there are very cool and could help you a lot since they have a bigger experience).Do a search on the potential team.Before the interviews,  try to find smart question that you are going to ask for the potential host (do a search on the team  to find nice and deep questions to impress your host). Prepare well your resume.You are very likely not going to get algorithm/data structure questions like in the first round. It's going to be just some friendly chat if you are lucky. If your potential team is working on something like machine learning, expect that  they are going to ask you questions about machine learning, courses related to machine learning you have and relevant experience (projects, internship). Of course you have to study that before the interview. Take as long time as you need if you feel rusty. It takes some time to get ready for the host matching (it's less than the technical interview)  but it's worth it of course.

Where I’m from, we don’t have tornado drills, but our fire drills would just start with the school bell ringing in the way that signalled “Fire” rather than “lunchtime” or anything else. Our teachers would then give instructions about what we needed to do - over the years I was at school, they changed the place where the fire “was happening” a couple of times, so we had to use different routes to get to the assembly point, for example.It was always supposed to be secret that there was going to be a drill, but we often found out (one teacher hated them and would warn us “We’ve got a lot to cover today, because there’s a fire drill tomorrow”, another time someone read the teacher’s daily planner upside down, that kind of thing).

If at home: If you have a tornado safe room or engineered shelter, go there immediately. Go at once to a windowless, interior room; storm cellar; basement; or lowest level of the building.
