I’m a firm believer that the people who excersise their right to sufrage should be completely self reliant citizens regardless of their ethnicity, creed or phisical disabilities.So the age restriction for voting should be 12 years old provided that the citizen is able to support himself or herself (that includes regular taxes, housing and even children in charge should that person have them) through their own labor on a consistent basis for more than six months.Now this may seem completely unfair and exploitive as this individual is barely a teenager but if there should be a case in which it did happen I see no reason to prevent this citizen to exercise his right of sufrage. This also applies for citizens with mental health problems that are still able to find a job that supports them.But the idea that a 14 year old is campaigning to be elected seems flawed to me.Governors not only are expected to die for their people before betraying them, their interests or the constitution. But are also the kind of individuals that can develop economically solvent and feasable strategies to solve his/her constituency’s problems as well.In order for this to happen utmost maturity is recquired to make concious decisions to balance the people’s needs and expectations and the handling of available resources to do so.So first of:Does this kid earn a sallary? Is he economically self reliant in order to even qualify as a voter?Does he have a family that supports him or on the contrary is he the one in charge of the other family members?Does this kid own a company and is in charge of other people’s livelyhood or is he an integral part of a workers cooperative human resources department that allows him to solve the workers problems? What’s his success rate?(And I’m not talking two or three people, I mean tens of people at bare minimum to allow a diversification of jobs and the different problems that come with that).Finally, is he mentally stable enough to deal with radical choices that would hinder his people quality of life, access to services or even send them to a war should that scenario ever come to happen?Where does he align on the political spectrum? How many people’s rights and lives is he willing hinder or sacrifice in order to achieve his goals?Those are but some of the many questions that are all important to determine an adequate politician. And the only way to do this is through experience.So unless I’d know the answer to all of them, no, I wouldn’t think a person under 21 years old should hold any political office.

They have same-day registration but don’t wait, as it might be too busy on the day of the election. You can register online as well but that takes 48 hours to process. I was selected for a summer internship 2016.I tried to be very open while filling the preference form: I choose many products as my favorite products and I said I'm open about the team I want to join.I even was very open in the  location and start date to get host matching interviews (I negotiated the start date in the interview until both me and my host were happy.) You could ask your recruiter to review your form (there are very cool and could help you a lot since they have a bigger experience).Do a search on the potential team.Before the interviews,  try to find smart question that you are going to ask for the potential host (do a search on the team  to find nice and deep questions to impress your host). Prepare well your resume.You are very likely not going to get algorithm/data structure questions like in the first round. It's going to be just some friendly chat if you are lucky. If your potential team is working on something like machine learning, expect that  they are going to ask you questions about machine learning, courses related to machine learning you have and relevant experience (projects, internship). Of course you have to study that before the interview. Take as long time as you need if you feel rusty. It takes some time to get ready for the host matching (it's less than the technical interview)  but it's worth it of course.
