This process can be divided into major steps at new state. 1. Paying Life Time Tax 2. Registering the vehicle 3. Getting Registration Mark Required Documents1. NOC (No Objection Certificate) This document needs to be obtained before the vehicle is moved from native state. This is the must document for vehicle entry into other state for longer duration (more than a month). The document is required as a proof that state does not have any objection to transfer vehicle to new state. 2. Registration Certificate This document needs to update the database at RTO and create data entry for vehicle movement. 3. Original Invoice of vehicle This document is needed to calculate the LTT (Life Time Tax) for the vehicle. 4. Insurance Certificate This document is needed to check validity of insurance. 5. PUC (Pollution Under Check) Certificate This needs to be obtained in the current state. 6. New Address Proof This is the document for new address proof of the state. This is the crucial document as person moved from other state generally does not have address proof of state (new/moved state). 7.
