Often times they delete the site you met them on right after they asked you to move to a more private messaging siteProfesses love to you very quickly & seems to quote poems and song lyrics along with using their own sort of broken language, as they profess their love and devotion quickly. They also showed concern for your health and love for your family.Promises marriage as soon as he/she gets to state for leave that they asked you to pay for.They Requests money (wire transfers) and Amazon, iTune ,Verizon, etc gift cards, for medicine, religious practices, and leaves to come home, internet access, complete job assignments, help sick friend, get him out of trouble, or anything that sounds fishy.The military does provide all the soldier needs including food medical Care and transportation for leave. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I am just trying to show you examples that you are most likely being connned.Below is an email response I received after I sent an inquiry to the US government when I discovered I was scammed. Oregon DEQ: No plans to end vehicle emissions testing, despite Washington's decision (poll) has announced that it will stop requiring the state's vehicle owners to undergo emissions tests in Clark County and four other counties by 2020, saying the long-running program has drastically improved air quality.

Vehicles new to Oregon will need a vehicle identification number inspection as well as an emissions test. ... Vehicles not required to test (for example, motorcycles, trailers, or diesel-powered vehicles over 8,500 pounds, gross vehicle weight rating OVER). Vehicles registering outside DEQ vehicle inspection boundaries.

If you currently have a check engine light on, your car may not pass the emissions test. Even if the light was on and is now off, you still may have problems passing the DEQ test. Before you go to DEQ, bring your car to C.T.

Oregon's residents with vehicle tags expiring on or after Jan. 1 will see new registration fees in their renewal reminders starting in November. The fee for two-year passenger vehicle registration renewal \u2013 DMV's most common vehicle transaction \u2013 will go from $86 for two years to $112.
