You can't. Kaiser only accepts Kaiser. They do have different levels of coverage which can make them more affordable tho, (and the coverage less complete).But, you can't make them accept any insurance but their own. And if you accidentally end up having an emergency in their facility, they will stabilize and bounce you tout de suite.
