Your school does that for you. The transcript contains your grades (final or semester/quarterly depending on your school), your GPA, and high school courses you've taken, which is important if you took some classes in middle school or during the summer.

Departments of education and school districts always have to make decisions about what to include in their curriculum.  There are a lot of life skills that people need that aren't taught in school.  The question is should those skills be taught in schools?I teach high school, so I'll talk about that.  The typical high school curriculum is supposed to give students a broad-based education that prepares them to be citizens in a democracy and to be able to think critically.  For a democracy to work, we need educated, discerning citizens with the ability to make good decisions based on evidence and objective thought.  In theory, people who are well informed about history, culture, science, mathematics, etc., and are capable of critical, unbiased thinking, will have the tools to participate in a democracy and make good decisions for themselves and for society at large.  In addition to that, they should be learning how to be learners, how to do effective, basic research, and collaborate with other people.  If that happens, figuring out how to do procedural tasks in real life should not provide much of a challenge.  We can't possibly teach every necessary life skill people need, but we can help students become better at knowing how to acquire the skills they need.  Should we teach them how to change a tire when they can easily consult a book or search the internet to find step by step instructions for that?  Should we teach them how to balance a check book or teach them how to think mathematically and make sense of problems so that the simple task of balancing a check book (which requires simple arithmetic and the ability to enter numbers and words in columns and rows in obvious ways) is easy for them to figure out.  If we teach them to be good at critical thinking and have some problem solving skills they will be able to apply those overarching skills to all sorts of every day tasks that shouldn't be difficult for someone with decent cognitive ability  to figure out.  It's analogous to asking why a culinary school didn't teach its students the steps and ingredients to a specific recipe.  The school taught them about more general food preparation and food science skills so that they can figure out how to make a lot of specific recipes without much trouble.  They're also able to create their own recipes.So, do we want citizens with very specific skill sets that they need to get through day to day life or do we want citizens with critical thinking, problem solving, and other overarching cognitive skills that will allow them to easily acquire ANY simple, procedural skill they may come to need at any point in their lives?

I would ask the high school you are applying to for guidelines. They should be able to specify who is qualified to write the letter.If you are indeed allowed to ask your 7th grade teacher, ask them if they can write you a strong, positive letter recommending your admission into the school. This should allow them to be honest on whether they can write you a letter that will be helpful, rather than detrimental.Good luck!

Well, there’s at least one, according to your question.I have never heard of it before and that doesn’t sound right to me. You should be able to request the transcript be sent to anyone requesting it at any time, and all you should have to do is pay whatever fee is requested by the high school.Now, if you said they only send 10 transcripts for free, that would at least somewhat more understandable/believable to me. My suggestion is to get in touch with the school’s administration and ask them why only 10 colleges can receive transcripts.

Yes. Colleges will normally want both transcripts.You will need to request when the college tells you to send and official copy. The reason is the colleges want to to interpret your old schools courses themselves, not the new schools interpretation of it. If you take any outside classes (community college or other) you will need to supply thier thranscript as well.How they send is different everywhere, unfortunately. Some us a transcript service like Digital Credential Service | Parchment or Docufide, or they will mail (old school way) to the college for you, for a fee usually. Call your old counselor or registrar, they can tell you what to do in your case.Good Luck!

Be honest and expect people to be good. If they aren't, cut them out like rot on a potato. Do a series of things to help you be comfortable, only time will show what works best for you personally. 1) Taking a dance class is a good way to get used to being touched by someone other than your former spouse without the freight of, or requirement to be, dating...and you learn some good moves and possibly meet some other single people to hang out with. 2) Online dating is a good way to learn to flirt again, but be prepared for exposure to the broad mass of humanity, many of whom are nice people, but not necessarily your type...but also the possibility of a perfect match.If you go there, be honest about who you are and what you want. Use nice photos and speak only of what you want, not what you don't want. Watch for that in other people's profiles too...anyone who spends too much time complaining in a profile has a lot to complain about in other places as well. Check out this TED Talk by Amy Webb...How I hacked online dating. I disagree with her on a few things, but she has some excellent tips on  how to qualify the person you want to meet and how to prepare your  profile...I also did "market research", although  unlike her, did not  catfish any women in the process...just read the profiles. 3) Join Find your people - Meetup if you have not already done so and look up your interests for events where you will meet people who have similar interests. You may not meet your next partner directly through this, but having new friends of all sorts is something that goes with newly single status, and may indirectly lead to something...and...you need single friends to go out with and flirt with the opposite sex in person, while having a getaway driver handy.4) Make sure to reconnect with single friends  that you have not talked with in a long while...of both genders...again as above, single friends are important to have now.5) Stay in touch with your married friends, having friends in solid relationships is apparently a common trait of people who find themselves in new, healthy relationships.Ultimately, keep the circle of people in your life as large as possible (you are the judge of the right size), to increase your social comfort with interacting with new people, maintain your interests and connections with people who share them, and have fun. Insist on anyone you meet being a good person for you to know...by which I mean someone who is honest and straightforward, and who does not make your Spidey Senses tingle. Be aware that some people don't know what they want. Be really clear for yourself on what you want, so you will know if the people you meet are in alignment, or not.

Your college transcripts are much more important. The reason admissions officers want to see how well you did in your classes is that they want to understand whether or not you will be able to handle the academic rigor at their school. Succeeding in real college classes is a much more reliable predictor of this than succeeding in High School classes.This same logic applies to why most admissions committees do not care about your 9th and 10th grade coursework as much as they care about your grades in 11th and 12th grade. They want to see how the most recent version of yourself works (you were probably a much different person in high school than you are now in college). They also want to see how you deal with the increasing difficulty in your classes.Obviously your transcripts are just a portion of your application. It's important that they compliment all of the other things you are saying about yourself in your essay, extracurriculars, work experience, letters of rec, etc.
