Take prints of Form-2, Form-3 and Form-4 from the NCERT website.http://www.ncert.nic.in/programm...Fill all the details and get Form-2 and Form-3 attested and signed by the principal of the institution.Get a revenue stamp (red coloured, costs ₹1) and affix it on Form-3 at the end. Sign over it with the date.Take scans of all these 5 pages (1 page of Form-2, 2 pages of Form-3 & Form-4 each). Additionally take scans of your Account Pass book's first page and your 10th marksheet (assumed you are filling it the first time). All scans should be in JPEG format. Don't name files like Form-2.jpeg.jpeg (this happens mostly when you copy paste the names), otherwise it won't upload.Do not use Chrome for uploading. The common problem is that after you fill Form-2 & upload it and proceed to Form-3, it mentions please fill Form-2 (again) and redirects you to Form-2 page. Hence, go to a CyberCafe/Office or use Firefox. The pop-up still appears but it doesn't redirect you.The website is totally shit. It will crash several times, suddenly logout or redirect you to the home page. It will take a few attempts. Have patience.Most probably in 1/2 to 1 hour, you will be done. If I am correct this is the certificate from the principal.Print the form. Fill in the details of your name, parent’s name, current school/college, date of admission to the current institution and that you are not getting any other scholarship.Let school fill in the character part. Get it signed by the head of the institution with the seal and upload it along with the other forms.Every time you join a new institution you have to submit this form with the above details.

You are eligible if your family income is very low. In our time it was less than 1.5 LPA. I do not know the exact rules but you are required to maintain a min of 7 CGPA from first year onwards to avail the scholarship.And from what I have gathered through friends who were availing the scholarship, you should consider it as an interest free loan which you will have to payback once you pass out from the college.And from what I have heard you will be given the degree certificate only after you pay back the scholarship amount. Until then the degree is kept by the college with them.NOTE: The figure of 1.5LPA and 7 CGPA may have changed now.
