I can eat plain rice cakes. I can eat gf cereals but know they are full of sugar.I cant eat gf snacks, cakes, biscuits, cookies , ice cream, etc generally(anything with too many ingredients) so dont try to.I get SO bored with being unable to eat what I want that I eat what I can, and that includes Smiths Chips (crisps), about the only thing I can buy and know I wont get sick from when I am out away from home.I make a cheescake about once a month because I can tolerate it if not eaten too often.I never eat out at cafes or restaurants, I will have a cup of tea so I am not just sitting there while everyone else eats but eating out has NEVER ended well for me.I was really ill with IBS for decades until I cut my diet down to these few foods and do regular reintroduction tests that always fail.I am twice the weight I was when I got married, now 92 kilos,and see little hope of ever losing weight.
