Your association will go nowhere fast unless you can attract volunteers who are passionate about what they do and want to help others get better at doing it, and that means you can't be distracted by trying to build your own separate for-profit business. Step 1 is to find about 15-25 people who care about this cause as much as you do, bring them together, and get them all on side with pulling this off.
