- In this video we're talking about how to write a letter to a judge. This is a question we get very often. People want to know what happens if I write a letter to the judge? Was that going to accomplish my goals? Some people want their cases dismissed, they think if they send a nice letter, the judge can wave a magic wand and the case is gonna go away or they ask the judge "can I reduce my charges?
