my name is Lacy mcke and I am a rising Junior um double majoring in Communications and advertising in public relations and I'm currently the communications intern for the Department of administration I chose communication studies and advertising in public relations because I'm really interested in storytelling and also using media for the public good in the past I've worked with a lot of nonprofit organizations doing Communications work for them and I found that to be really impactful really hope to gain a lot of various communication skills as a whole um as a Communications major and also someone who you know Works in Communications with the department administration uh there's just a lot of things that go into it so I just think having a diverse set of experiences and skills uh based on what I learn at the department administration I think will definitely serve me in my future endeavors um from doing social media to doing videography I just feel like I've gained a lot of different sk
