hello movers and shakers and welcome to another exciting episode anyway guys today we're gonna be teaching you about the customer relationship management software system that you should have in your moving company now there's a lot of these different CRMs they're all very great all very fantastic but there's only one that I have chosen and if you saw the thumbnail to the video you already know what it is move it pro alright guys thank you very much I'm Jake Burnham and this is the 7 figure moving Academy how the hell are you guys today so glad to have you guys here now today we're going to be talking about customer relationship management software now or otherwise called as a CRM or CRM software but the point being is customer relationship management that is what this software should be for when you get a customer this customer should be walked through 1 2 3 4 ABC steps to be a 1 to get your service to to actually have those servers done and then 3 to be a happy customer and distribute your your Grace's your praises and so on and so forth that's right when your customer has been done it has been used to services and they're happy they have now become a field staff member and they should be good not there and you should be activating them to get out there and talk about your business and the way you do that is by creating a relationship that is a very key word in the word customer relationship management software a lot of people especially you new movers do not understand what relationship means let me some of you guys got the idea that you guys are you get a customer you do the move they pay done over goodbye see you Sally right no no no no no no you've got to create a relationship with them and a good CRM a good customer relationship management software program for moving companies is awesome now the one thing that I am critical about all of the CRM is out there isn't the price it isn't the the learning curve because there's learning curve bottom all it isn't anything it's one is that they really don't understand the word relationship in customer relationship management they they think the relationship is very very clinical a very surgical insulin bum bumbum but they forget that selling and the marketing aspect of the relationship and almost every single one of the CRMs failed in this regard now they have slightly so somehow better than other options but most of them all fail now there are three that stand out to me right and you know we've had this discussion if you go onto the seven-figure movie academy form are you going to movie company owners unite form or some of these other moving company forms this is this topic customer relationship ship customer customer relationship management software has been tucked endlessly ad nauseam right a lot of people have their own ideas of what's good what is it good and so on so forth and but I say overall the the products are well they're good they there's a the reason why they don't have a problem memory I'm getting off track of rabi we're going down a rabbit hole let me get back they failed to understand the relationship manner now all of them are good but there's only just one two or three of them that actually have the concept of marketing and sales in the customer relationship software and I'm not talking about sales like okay I'm close up so I get this kind of commission or yeah no I'm talking about sending them emails even after the job you know making sending them you know videos and helpful tutorials different objects and books and ebooks and videos etc and there's really nothing that's doing that there's none that allow you really set up autoresponders through up you know MailChimp or through their own software program but they have no problem doing like alright well we've got a way where you can take credit cards through our system pretty awesome thanks a lot appreciate that that's awesome but that that is that is a part of the relationship the relationship is customer relationship so it's creating that customer relation now there are three that really stand out to me right and that is movement Pro that is logistics and lastly purser made doctor mover actually um so those are the three big ones the two ones that are talked about most are bridges logistics and move it pro right so you got these VIP you got these software programs in the big one is move a pro now I personally in all Holden's closer have to let you know that I am now being sponsored by move it pro I have chosen their software to use in my business specifically and they adaptable they're the ones that have the most social marketing presence they're up there they're socially they're communicating in the forms they're getting their stuff out on Twitter and Facebook and LinkedIn and Instagram they're the ones that are most active right the problem I have it with with all the CRMs before before I end up for sponsored the one thing is they all want to do video demonstrations this is just stupid I don't want to I don't want to have to sign up it's for video demonstrations YouTube is free make videos you can show your stuff with YouTube videos and be just as effective or even more effective than let's get you on a call and do a visual demonstration no no what you do guys I'm going to tell you how to do this marketing as a guy who's created over almost 300 videos on YouTube which is producing me a lot of traffic to my website let me give you a little bit of a marketing tool YouTube go to youtube make the video show your demonstrations to do 3 4 5 10 minute videos on your software show show have other people doing what they have like one of your big clients their customers show what they do some of the hacks that they do you show them how it can be useful right and then when they get interested then they can go to your website and that asks for a free video demonstration but ask for a free application demonstration will actually let them go on and with somebody with the customer actually walk them through the system and how they can in turn have them go in and enter in fake names or put in a have them work out a customer and see how the email comes out to a customer and things like to actually let them play with it and not just look at it right you can you could do have them look at it through YouTube videos but then when they go in for a demonstration they actually get to play with it have somebody talking to say hey go and actually play with it right now I chosen move a crow because they are more active in social media I had I've seen that a lot of the big guys that I consider and respect in the moving industry use move across software I've seen how they they are adapting and utilizing other tools in there for instance you could coordinate your QuickBooks e to movement Pro System and QuickBooks that also incorporates your bank account so because you incorporate your bank account you into QuickBooks and you can incorporate your QuickBooks into move it pro you've got it a system there that will give you all the checks balances and reports that you'll ever ever ever need right and you can manage your checkbook you can write checks from everything muga pro also allows you to take credit cards which I know some of the other ones do as well so you can take credit card payments right through the movie pro system or you can use the system you already have it's fine to movie Pro also has short forms and long forms that you can put on your website for moving estimates which is awesome right and it's a great way to if you do it correctly it's a great way to you luck it's a great tool to utilize to actually capture email needs to put into your autoresponder right um and I know for a fact they're talking to somebody who has a tremendous amount of sales experience and is actually moving probe people are actually talking about so I'm hoping to see some big things when it comes to actual sales of marketing tools into their into their movement Pro software right another thing with muga Pro is they also leak they're setting up partnerships which you can do with other services like I saw it email the other day where you can actually incorporate with the service so you can your customers can actually sign up and then they can they can do all the MOOC transfer all their phones and their mail and and all this online and everything which I think it's an awesome awesome tool and move it pro is hooking up with them so guys I think this is really good I'd like to see you know the movie pro system or any of the other systems really become one all-encompassing system like you know you do so many moves it tells you know it goes okay you're going to need such an amount of paper and it there's paper for you it tells you time when your truck needs maintenance it tells you sends out checklist and stuff like that I would really love to see it just become like the ultimate toy and maybe it is I haven't really got in there you got to play with it I'm still I'm getting in with the one thing I would say about mover Pro the I was I'm not upset about it I don't think it's a it's a huge problem but one thing that when I first got into it and we did our paperwork we did the agreement and so on and so forth they sent me this email with this long list of things that they need from me and that was great because that's what they need from me to set up the system properly which is great I wanted but it overwhelmed me um so move it pro guys if you're out there I would suggest you do like oh you get an email and like once every two three days send an email on a mobile phone through like a ten day period and then set it up so that they can you could do it in bits and pieces and so that you don't overwhelm them with all these things because some of the things I can look down I was like how am I going to do it you know to me um especially for your small new moving company that that's just kind of like oh but if you're already a big moving company and you're coming in live it's just a oh yeah no problem you're a small little moving company it's nothing now here's some things there's a lot of benefits to to see RMS for moving companies and you know and then actually gonna plug in Luis Massaro he didn't ask me to but I'm gonna plug he actually did a video on this which is a great video the benefits of the CRM and I think he does a great job of what the benefits are so I'm not gonna go over the benefits because he did a great video he's already said it no reason for me but the point being is is there's a lot of tools that you can use for it now anything I don't think a CRM is beautiful and if you're only running one or two trucks you could do that using the basic equipment and paperwork and stuff don't worry about trying to get a CRM right now for you new guys alright when you're consistently running two or more trucks then I would suggest or you know that you're getting up to the point where you're going to be running more than two trucks then yeah I would say okay now now is the time to advance yourself into the CRM because the CRM is really a tool that can really take you to the next level right it could really really do it and I'm really excited to announce that I'm using use a movement Pro they're gonna be sponsoring a lot of my videos not all over
