relationship is customer relationship so it's creating that customer relation now there are three that really stand out to me right and that is movement Pro that is logistics and lastly purser made great way to if you do it correctly it's a great way to you luck it's a great tool to utilize to actually capture email needs to put into your autoresponder right um and I know for a fact they're talking to somebody who has a tremendous amount of sales experience and is actually moving probe people are actually talking about so I'm hoping to see some big things when it comes to actual sales of marketing tools into their into their movement Pro software right another thing with muga Pro is they also leak they're setting up partnerships which you can do with other services like I saw it email the other day where you can actually incorporate with the service so you can your customers can actually sign up and then they can they can do all the MOOC transfer all their phones and their mail and and all this online and everything which I think it's an awesome awesome tool and move it pro is hooking up with them so guys I think this is really good I'd like to see you know the movie pro system or any of the other systems really become one all-encompassing system like you know you do so many moves it tells you know it goes okay you're going to need such an amount of paper and it there's paper for you it tells you time when your truck needs maintenance it tells you sends out checklist and stuff like that I would really love to see it just become like the ultimate toy and maybe it is I haven't really got in there you got to play with it I'm still I'm getting in with the one thing I would say about mover Pro the I was I'm not upset about it I don't think it's a it's a huge problem but one thing that when I first got into it and we did our paperwork we did the agreement and so on and so forth they sent me this email with this long list of things that they need from me and that was great because that's what they need from me to set up the system properly which is great I wanted but it overwhelmed me um so move it pro guys if you're out there I would suggest you do like oh you get an email and like once every two three days send an email on a mobile phone through like a ten day period and then set it up so that they can you could do it in bits and pieces and so that you don't overwhelm them with all these things because some of the things I can look down I was like how am I going to do it you know to me um especially for your small new moving company that that's just kind of like oh but if you're already a big moving company and you're coming in live it's just a oh yeah no problem you're a small little moving company it's nothing now here's some things there's a point being is is there's a lot of tools that you can use for it now anything I don't think a CRM is beautiful and if you're only running one or two trucks you could do that using the basic equipment and paperwork and stuff don't worry about trying to get a CRM right now for you new guys alright when you're consistently running two or more trucks then I would suggest or you know that you're getting up to the point where you're going to be running more than two trucks then yeah I would say okay now now is the time to advance yourself into the CRM because the CRM is really a tool that can
