uh why do you choose to do the green jobs program i don't really like to be like outdoors per se but i'm experiencing in this program that the outdoors can be fun it's a program for wilmington youth that are age 14 to 18 to get them out into the workforce give them a six-week internship and showing them about green job possibilities that are available in wilmington and the rest of the state devnet participates because we see them as kind of our next batch of our future employees to fill the green jobs so why do you think wetlands are important like we have fish in the wetlands and they provide a food source for us and also it's a it's a good place for recreation like kids and other programs like green jobs and energy programs they can come and visit the wetlands and stuff like that for the interns to participate in the program they have to apply through the city of wilmington they have to send an application their resume and why they want to do the program and then they are interviewed
