It is my pleasure to introduce the very interesting speakers that we have this afternoon. This is a series of short presentations; it is a little slower than speed dating. I think you will be able to get some good information. We are going to try to keep on schedule as we move along today. Mark has worked as a physicist at the National Archives for 23 years. When he started at NARA, he was concentrating on studying the condition of only seven documents: the Declaration of Independence, five pages of the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.
