Bayview was often described as a forgotten district of San Francisco  So it's a little bit more far removed than other parts of the city and even though it was often described as a forgotten district,    it's a really resilient district. There's just a legacy of  distrust with the government. That legacy of distrust came from a lot of broken promises from the government you know the Bayview's the story of a once thriving black community  becoming victim to disinvestment, and redlining, and all these things that we see that's a very American story.
