Western 101: Scholarship Info. with Terri Hare, Scholarship Activities Director We have one application that covers almost all of the scholarships that are offered through the Foundation Office. That application is available from our website at wiu.edu/scholarships. The deadline for students with an ACT score of 32 or higher is December 18 of each year. And for all ACT scores it is February 15. That one application, like I said, covers most of the scholarships that we have on-campus. There are a few that do require a separate application and we do have those listed on our website as well. As far as for transfer students, it's pretty much the same process.
