so [Music] [Music] good afternoon everyone welcome to our is csc for me event we are really delighted to have you my name is chanel small i am an assistant professor of instruction here at the university of south florida and we are absolutely delighted to have you here today and on international women's day no less thank you so much for being here we have a lot of great events and uh speakers to meet with you today we look forward to answering all of your questions but before we can get into questions we do want to just remind you of some of the technical details you can expect so we do want to remind you that the audience members are going to be muted by default and we will be able to take your questions but you will have to use the question and answer box to ask any questions that you may have so the precedent answer box essentially looks like two chat bubbles one on top of the other and there is a question mark on top of the first chat bubble you will be able to use that chat bubble
