This orientation is mandated by the City of Austin Central purchasing office. If You're awarded funding for fiscal year 2019 in either Core or cultural heritage festivals You are required to complete this orientation and the orientation quiz Which can be found in the section 5 attachments tab of your zoom grants 2019 application. The purpose of this orientation is to ensure you aware of all of your contractual obligations before signing and entering into the FY 19 contract. As we go through the pre contract orientation be on the lookout for items in orange text. Those items are new for fiscal year 2019.
