[Music] [Music] my name is Glenn flowers I'm the supervising cook two in the Central Kitchen at Metropolitan State Hospital where I work in the production department and I control all me meals ingoing and outgoing meals and we feed a total of 850 people a meal approximately it fluctuate from 780 to 800 and basically we take care all types of therapeutic meals we have culture diets that people come in here that might be on a cultural diet we provide all of that we have renal diets we have low sodium we have um calorie controlled diets for people that's on calorie restrictions we got supplements that we give them we have nourishment we got supplements that we provide in between meals for special patients that are taking medication that might need a sandwich or a cracker or juice or something in between meals to help them with they diet because when they do come here they meet with the doctor and the dietician and they and the doctor sets up a meal plan for him and in turn that's what we
