gotten to but maybe somebody could try and find one um that seems like a camera issue um okay so that's great so the um the as proposed in the memo which you just voted I to um the contract won't start until January um which is when I think we're really going to um open the floodgates and start making forward progress um great thank you um it also gives us a couple of months to thread our way through the state Contracting requirements right single Source um so we have some admin items to discuss is that and we also have the the erra study we could go through the admin items fairly quickly if they don't require much discussion and then use the remaining time before launch to try and uh complete the erra study good okay so the the F we did election of officers meeting schedule memo 2335 and its first supplement everybody situated so the main memo presented a um proposed calendar for 2024 and um acknowledged that it was hard to know exactly how frequently to meet or for what duration beca
