- Hi everyone, I'm Dan. - And I'm Donna. And today we are going to take you on a tour of the day in a life of a radiation oncology resident, here at the University of Michigan. - A lot of our days start at Einstein's for a cup of coffee. It's conveniently located between the garage and the department. - This is our conference room, where we have our morning didactic sessions. These sessions are often hybrid, where we either have in-person, or virtual opportunities for attendance. When they're in person, they're here in this room. After morning didactics, residents will often meet with their attendings to pre-staff cases for the day. This can happen in this room, the physician workroom, or the attending's office. - This is the entryway to our clinic where our patients come in to check in for their appointments, and they're helped by our wonderful front desk staff that we work very closely with.
