hello I'm jimia coka Deputy commander of Recruiting Command and I'm here to talk to you today about your questions on small unit recruiting from the CG's Facebook Town Hall last week simply stated we will no longer talk in terms of Team recruiting small unit recruiting or Pinnacle we will talk in terms of recruiting operations we are taking the best practices of all those previous methods and rolling them into our current Doctrine which is recruiting operations Center company and Battalion commanders have the flexibility to organize their formations to best accomplish recruiting operations in their area we are Guided by Doctrine but they can use their ideas to best accomplish the mission engagement teams processing teams and Future Soldier leaders are still valid practices cross training is encouraged our soldiers should understand all the different methods of processing an applicant but one thing I want to assure you is we will not return to individual missions we will not have an ind
