all right good evening uh fellow board colleagues uh it is great to spend another part of our day together and good evening little rock and beyond and today we will have our final evening of uh our work session and we will open it up with the pledge so we'll uh director johnson lead us sim pledge okay we are still joined by mr makai ali who is facilitating our our work session and i'm just going to go ahead and jump right into it so we could um really maximize our our time and uh i will turn it over to do you have any uh words you want to say are you i think that mr ali and i are going to kind of double team you oh wow um okay to start off with but i i think we're going to allow mr ali to initially just share a little bit about his day and his perceptions of getting to work a little bit with the staff and uh and then we'll kind of go from there okay well um uh you all uh mr uh makai ali you have the floor and um i i presume you guys will double that ingly well we're not i don't know ab
