- I had to basically take over another worker's complete caseload, because she was moving to a different position. So, I met with a particular family to let the know that I would be taking over the case. Right away the mother had some anxiety in regards to that. She was kind of used to the old worker, had a good report with her and it was at a time when she was kind of struggling with her sobriety. And so, me coming in, her having anxiety of a new worker, struggling with substance abuse, mental health issues. I ended up having to remove her children from her care. So that kind of set a bad setting for us. I tried to meet with her several times, she was open to it in the beginning. However, when I wasn't giving her the answers that she wanted, it kind of allowed not for us to have a good report. So, I continued working with her, well, attempting to work with her while she was in treatment. Doing my monthly visits with her, doing my monthly visits with the children where they were. And i
