[Music] I am proud to be a part of the Peking team because every Department Works hand in hand every department has the same Focus they're all looking to give our residents the best experience possible our nursing team we talk together in the mornings and get each other ready for the day motivate each other my co-workers have become more like family we support each other inside of work and outside of work we all like check with each other make sure everything's good or if we can help in any way we look at it from a team aspect what we can do to make it better for the residents or the employees I think we strive in what we do and our residents love us for every time I turn around there's a new program coming out that benefits the employees this company has given away cars they've given away cash they have an employee assistance program and the company is huge in furthering your education and doing what you need to do to make your life better I'm a recommend working there because we are
