[Music]    When people come to Corner 17, they are able to see the process of making dumplings, making noodles.   Handmaking a noodle is one of the cultures in China. So we want to create a different, unique experience for our customers. Why are we named Corner 17? There is a story behind it.    17 is the age whenever I came to the United States. We were trying to remember the days when we were in China.   We came from a very poor place, very rural countryside in China.   My parents keep, you know, telling me and my sister, “No matter where  you are right now, don't ever forget about where you came from.”  Whenever I start the EMBA program three years ago, I was talking to one of my my professors,   “Like do you know who I can talk to so I can open  up a Corner 17 on campus.” I saw opportunities   because WashU kids, you know, young kids, they like bubble teas.
