Well, I can relate to this question because I had 3.5 months to prepare for my Executive level too, along with my b.com exams. And with my sincere dedication to time table I cleared it all in first attempt.So I would like to share my experience with you, hope it helps.It was end of August and I did not touch my executive study modules. August 25- Result day! Most of my seniors results were decalred and many did not clear. And I saw a rush of students in library with huge reference books dedicatedly studying. And here I was with an attitude, dekh lenge yaar abhi toh exam December mein hai. (Translation: we'll see , exams are only by end of December)But the fear of failure hit me when I saw my seniors who did not clear and a rush inside me said, I can't handle this and I have to clear it in first go. August 25- I sat and made time table adjusting my CS course and b.com too! Here are few tips:First:Make two types of time table: 1. First rough draft for next 3months 2. Concrete time-table for every week or twoSo first make a rough draft of 3 month, for example September for 2 subjects or 3 subjects. Then Oct first 15 days for revision and then next 3 subjects in remaining 15days. For concerte time table:Initially set goal for a week and no matter what, follow it. Trick here lies is that if you set a concert time table for 3months you might miss out a day sometimes due to some uncertainty, disturbing your whole time table. You can't eat all the breads on the plate in one go. You need to complete one bread to eat another and decide can you consume 3rd bread now or little later. So finish your first goal and decide whether you need a revision or you can go for another chapter or subject.For concerts time table if you decide to complete a chapter in 3days keep 1days extra. Extra day is if you could not complete it in 3days you have a day in extra to cover it up without disturbing your timetable for next days. (But don't take that extra day as an excuse to watch movie or for time pass.) And in case if you complete your chapter in allotted three day, bingo! you can continue with another chapter and you have extra days where you can revise the chapters.Second:Cut down on all the distractions for 3months: Facebook, whatsapp,get together,parties,family occasions etc. Sleeping , listening to songs, playing with my pet for10-15 mins, breakfast lunch dinner all this activites was taking a break from studies for me.A movie wont harm but it will take away 2-3hrs. Which you can't afford. So think about it. Third:Make sure you get a sleep for minimum 8hrs. Yes only when you are fresh you can completely concentrate, grasp things well and stay active. I use to sleep for 6 hrs in night (10pm to 4am) and 2hrs in afternoon(3pm to 5pm) Fourth:Make a habit of making notes about whatever you study. If you have a habbit of writing and studing . I don't have this habbit. And I am very lazzy to do this as I found it very time consuming. So what I did was sticking sticker notes in my book itself. Making short bullet point and sticking it near the topic helps you when you revise. Examples given in lectures can be noted this way which can help you recollect the other explaination given in class room easily.Fifth:Keep 2nd weekend and 4th weekend of the month, or any day of a month for revision of whatever you have studied so far. Trust me revision is important as what you have studied in september ,if you don't revise it in October then in by end of November when you open it you can be in trouble. Sixth:Last but not least cheating on your time table is allowed but keep in mind its consequences.I am just sharing my experience. You can alter this as per your requirement. This was my time-table:4am-6am: study for CS6am-7am: break7am-10am : b.com classes10am-11am: break11am-230pm: study for CS & bcom when necessary2:30pm-5pm: break5pm-730pm: classes for CS or library730pm-830pm: break830pm-10pm: study for CS(Break time was for breakfast,dinner,lunch,sleeping, playing with my pet,talking to mom-dad or friends family. But my eyes were always on clock that no time is wasted)PS : everything was not done on exact time as I am not a robot. 5-10mins deviation from time was normal. Initial days will be tough but follow it dedicatedly it will become your routine and then habbit. PPS: I followed it strictly might have cheated once or twice. But made sure the time was covered by shortening my break.And trust me after all this hard work on 25th february when I saw my results as "pass" in both the modules and  b.com results as passed- that's a joy which I can't explain in words.All the best for future.I

She was told she could bring me in at a later time and add me to the account.Fast forward a few weeks, I finally got time to go to the bank with her. We walk in and let the teller know what we need to do. She calls over a young man who introduces himself to us as a manager.“So, you need to add him to your account, I understand?” He asked The Wife.“Yeah, I want to make it a joint account, please.” she responded.He gave her a strained look as though trying to figure out how to phrase his next question. “Are you sure you want it to be a full joint account?”Confused, she asked, “Why wouldn’t I?”He responded “As a full account holder, he will have full access to all your accounts and have authorization to take out loans or close the accounts.”“Uh, yeah.” She said, “That’s what we want.”“Ok, right over here then.”He led us over to his office where he had me provide ID and start filling out paperwork.“Do couples normally not have joint accounts around here or something?” I asked curiously. “That seems odd.”He blushed and looked very embarrassed. He then looked at my ID and his eyes widened. “Wow. I didn’t realize how old you are. Wait, that came out wrong. It’s just that I thought you were her son, not her husband. I was actually roommates with someone in College whose parents decided to have him “off-grid”. Let me just say this: Stop even entertaining the idea of having a baby off-grid. If you forced them or threatened them to not file the birth certificate that would make you a likely accomplice and would not go over well with the authorities.But let’s ignore that for a moment and just assume you know how to birth a child on your own and can do it in your basement without any professional medical physician there to oversee you (which would be the only way you could pull this off). In this case you wouldn’t get thrown in jail for failing to get a birth certificate and no crime would have been committed. However you just set up a very difficult life for your child.These are some of the things I was told from by my roommate who didn’t have a social security number until he was 20 years old.No, he could not get a (legal) jobQuite literally he didn’t qualify to get even a job at McDonalds. If you remember the last job you got no matter how prestigious or demeaning it was, you had to fill out a bunch of paperwork. The government basically didn’t know he existed, so they never knew he was not paying. But then again he didn’t have a job. So would you rather have a job and pay some taxes or not ever be able to work except under the table for below minimum wage? Given that choice, taxes sound pretty awesome! And worst of all he said was that while all his friends were earning money from jobs in high school, he couldn’t get a job.The job part was the hardest for him. He couldn’t leave the house or move out when he turned 18. He was stuck at home.Him working on getting a social security number was difficult and took him two years. He started when he turned 18 to get one once he realized he couldn’t go to college, he couldn’t get a job, he couldn’t rent an apartment, and thus will never really be able to be independent from his parents. It took two years and then at 20 he was able to get one and start working and going to school.He forever resented his parents. Don’t be those parents…

This is a fun answer. FIRST, Pharmacies never require prior authorizations. Do you know why? Because pharmacies don’t pay for your medication, they sell you your medications. Who, besides you, pays for your medications? That’s right, your Insurance Company. It’s completely wrong to think any Pharmacy is holding up your prescription because of a Prior Auth. Pharmacies bill in real time. Unlike Doctors offices. Doctors collect payments on the expected charge. And, if that’s wrong, they ask for more money. And, if you don’t pay them, they send your bill to collections. Pharmacies don’t utilize collection agencies. They bill in real time. That’s why people have to wait for their prescriptions, because the pharmacy has to get the billing absolutely correct at the time of service or else the Pharmacy loses money. Somebody, I don’t know who, decided it was the Pharmacies responsibility to make sure the Patient’s Insurance pays for the Patient’s medications that the Doctor prescribed. In the prior authorization process, pharmacies have essentially nothing to do with any of it, except get yelled at by angry customers.Here’s the breakdown. Insurance companies are still businesses. They are in the business of making money. To keep deductibles affordable, they can not cover every medication. So, they make what is called a formulary. Which are the medications the Insurance Company prefers to cover. This gives the Insurance company wiggle room to make money. It allows them to work contracts with drug companies, and to cover less expensive medications so that they can use their business skills to make money. There are many categories Insurance Companies place medications in, primarily for business reasons. Formulary, Non-formulary, Not covered, partially covered. Formulary is the list of medications the Insurance prefers to cover. Non-formulary are those they prefer not to pay for. If a drug is a Prior Authorization drug, that means it’s not on their formulary. That does not mean that the Insurance Company will not pay for the medication at all. It means they will only pay for the medication under certain circumstances. And, “prior” to the Insurance Company paying for the medication, they want to make sure it meets their criteria. This information they often want only from the Doctor, because they might want the diagnosis, certain tests run, or chart notes. These things can only come from the Doctor.Here is the process… you get a prescription from a Doctor, and the Pharmacy tries to bill it. The pharmacy gets a rejection saying this medication requires a Prior Authorization. Occasionally, there are cases where the pharmacy can put in a code. If that is possible, the Pharmacy just does this for the patient. More often than not, the Insurance Company wants the Doctor to submit information as to why the patient needs the medication prescribed, versus a medication on their formulary, which saves the Insurance Company money. The Pharmacy faxes or calls the Doctor’s office, letting them know to contact the Insurance Company, to find out the requirements for the Insurance Company to pay for the medication. If the patient fits the criteria, the Doctor faxes the information to the Insurance Company, and eventually, the medication gets paid for. If the patient does not fit the criteria, the Doctor usually has to change the medication to something the Insurance Company will pay for.You may notice, in this process, the Pharmacy is just an “errand boy”. The Insurance Company says the medication requires a Prior Authorization, they tell the pharmacy by rejecting to pay for the medication. Then, the Pharmacy tells the Doctor’s office. Then, it’s worked out one way or another between the Insurance Company & the Doctor’s office. Depending on how fast the Doctor acts, how much information the Insurance Company requires, and how fast the Insurance Company makes their decision, is what determines how quickly/slowly the prior authorization takes.An interesting tidbit in this whole process… if the Insurance Company approves the Prior Authorization (Meaning they will now pay for your medication), they do not call the Pharmacy to let them know that the medication has been approved, and the Pharmacy can rebill the Medication. Apparently, they are too busy to do this. The Doctor’s office doesn’t usually call the Pharmacy either. Apparently, they are too busy to do this. So, the patient’s medication is now covered, but neither of the two parties that know this, contacts the Pharmacy, so that they can rebill the medication and fill it. If the patient calls the Insurance Company or the Doctor’s Office… they usually say, oh yes, that was approved, I have no idea why the Pharmacy did not fill that medication, and call you to let you know! Then, the customer calls the Pharmacy or comes in, and yells at someone in the Pharmacy.Of course, the Pharmacy never knew this, because nobody called them. But, nobody cares about that, because the patient gets to vent their irritation, even if it’s at the wrong people. Obviously, this is a simplified version of the whole process. It’s probably more than you needed to know. But, this is a situation that’s all too common for people in Pharmacy. Getting the fuzzy end of the lollipop.
