Today I along with my friend was travelling via train from Mumbai to Chennai in sleeper class. The train departed on time from Mumbai. We were sitting on the lower berth initially and after some time we went to our respective berths (one middle and one upper in the same coach) as we wanted to sleep.The coach was calm initially, but sooner than ever, it got completely occupied by people who didn’t have confirm tickets. Many had ticket in waiting and majority of them had general class ticket and were sitting in sleeper class, which according to rule is forbidden.These people were disturbing others and no one was able to sleep who had legit ticket. My friend was not able to sleep and we both were tired as we had a long day. There was even no space to get down from the seat as people were sleeping on the floor.Soon we decided to tweet about the problem,since we had heard that Railway ministry is pretty much active on Twitter.Hence I tweeted the problem tagging the Railway Ministry and also the DRM of southern central raiway.Here is the screenshot:I was surprised by the quick response of Indian Rail Seva.I was waiting for personnel to come and take the needful actions against the passengers who were sitting in the coach illegally.Time passed but no one came.As I was unable to sleep, I decided to tweet again.
