You don't.I-797, "Notice of Action," is the USCIS form they use to notify you that they received or acted upon something you filed with them. You generally don't fill those at all, you merely receive them.Form I-797: Types and Functions

Form I-485 Process -When you send Form I-485 to the USCIS, they will first review it to make sure that there are no fatal errors (i.e. no signature, missing pages, etc)If everything is correct, they will cash the checks and being to process the application.Throughout the application process, they may need additional evidence. For example, if your sponsor makes below 125 percent of the federal poverty line or if their financial affidavit is unclear, the USCIS may mail you a letter or Form I-797, a request for additional evidence (RFE). This is a normal part of the process and happens to many application, so don’t be worried. You should, however, take them very seriously. If you submit your RFE response packet incorrectly, your I-485 will be rejected and you will have to start over.Once the forms have all the required evidence, the applicant will be required to go to their local USICS office for the biometrics appointment. I-797 is actually 6 forms. I-797 A,B,C,D,E,F. You as an applicant I presume will not have to fill out either version. USCIS provides either one, often more than one at the same time and represents a notice of action in response to your application.I797C, which represents recept of your application , it can also be issued as a copy of approval provided to the employer for their reference.I797B, which is a notice of the action of your first time H1B or I40 application (I797B). This typically means that your application is approved.I797A, which is a notice of action of your application to extend your status(I797A), similar to I797B.The I797 A and B looks basically the same except A would have an I94 attached to it. They also showed concern for your health and love for your family.Promises marriage as soon as he/she gets to state for leave that they asked you to pay for.They Requests money (wire transfers) and Amazon, iTune ,Verizon, etc gift cards, for medicine, religious practices, and leaves to come home, internet access, complete job assignments, help sick friend, get him out of trouble, or anything that sounds fishy.The military does provide all the soldier needs including food medical Care and transportation for leave. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I am just trying to show you examples that you are most likely being connned.Below is an email response I received after I sent an inquiry to the US government when I discovered I was scammed. In general, it is possible to change status from H-4 to F-1 provided that you have the appropriate (I-20) documentation from the school you intend to attend.Note that H-4 is a dual intent visa, but F-1 is not; as a result, you may be denied the change of status if USCIS concludes that you have immigrant intent.Note also that change of status only applies while you are in the United States. You could ask your recruiter to review your form (there are very cool and could help you a lot since they have a bigger experience).Do a search on the potential team.Before the interviews,  try to find smart question that you are going to ask for the potential host (do a search on the team  to find nice and deep questions to impress your host). Prepare well your resume.You are very likely not going to get algorithm/data structure questions like in the first round. It's going to be just some friendly chat if you are lucky. If your potential team is working on something like machine learning, expect that  they are going to ask you questions about machine learning, courses related to machine learning you have and relevant experience (projects, internship). Of course you have to study that before the interview. Take as long time as you need if you feel rusty. It takes some time to get ready for the host matching (it's less than the technical interview)  but it's worth it of course.

USCIS I-797C Notice of Action from The Form I-797 Notice of Action is an official USCIS letter of Receipt of payment, Rejection, transfer, fingerprint, interview appointment sent by USPS mail. If your employer or attorney had filed application on your behalf, then they will receive this i797C notice of approval.

Form I-797C This is usually given to the employers for their reference file. Hence, Forms I-797A or I-797B are given to applicants, while I-797C is given to employers.

Form I-824 is the application to receive a duplicate approval notice, Form I-797. If you have filed an immigrant petition or application that was approved, but you never received an Approval Notice or if the Approval Notice was lost, then you can file Form I-824 to receive a new one.

Did your company or their attorney simply called USCIS and requested for a duplicate approval notice, or did they file the Form I-824? If your company/attorney called USCIS, and they were willing to send a duplicate, it might come in as little as a couple of weeks. If they filed I-824, it could take 2-3 months.
