Not really.Oil isn't really a pure thing, it's made up of lots of different molecules of lots of different weights.  The way evaporation works is basically the molecules need to get moving fast enough to break their attachment to the rest of the molecules in the liquid and fly off into the air.  Heating a liquid up can accelerate this because it makes all the molecules move around faster.[1]  The thing is, essentially all of these different oil molecules are heavy.  Take something like cooking oil for example. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed.
