For a rent receipt to be valid, the following mandatory elements must be in to a rent receipt:-Tenant Name(If you are the tenant, fill in your name)-Landlord Name-Amount of Payment-Date of Payment-Rental Period-House Address(Rented Property)-Signature of Landlord or ManagerOther elements that are part of rent receipts:-PAN of the Landlord(not mandatory, mention if annual rent exceeds 100000)-Revenue Stamp(where amount exceeding 5000 is paid in cash)Method of payment (cash, credit card, money order, cashier’s check)Services or other fees included in the payment (e.g. utilities, security deposits, convenience fees)If you are still confused on these details and would like to generate a rent receipt online.Click here to generate customised Rent Receipts for free.

You are required to complete a Form W-8BEN if you are a non-resident alien and earned Royalty income (in this case) from a US-based source.The purpose of the form is to alert the IRS to the fact you are earning income from the US, even though you are not a citizen or a resident of the US. The US is entitled to tax revenues from your US-based earnings and would, without the form, have no way of knowing about you or your income.To ensure they receive their “fair” share, they require the payor to withhold 30% of the payment due to you, before issuing a check for the remainder to you. Enterprise sells their cars, after they remove them from the rental fleet. They figured out how long to use them for rental, until they need to get rid of them.This can be a good way for you to not take the big hit from purchasing a new car. By getting something with relatively low mileage, you get the best of both. Just make sure it wasn't in a big of an accident, that would affect driveability.

Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. If this is a release given to you by the insurance company, it is a contract regarding your settlement. This depends only by the car rental agency and i m guessing the country as well. It is one of those things that one does and the rest copy. I will give you an example. (This is because insurance will not cover the first 500€ in case of an accident), but as time passed and the competition between car rental agencies flourished, someone decided to rent cars without pre-authenticating or demanding this deposit. So, as you can imagine, just like you so other tourists preferred to rent a car from this business.
