I have flown business class with both airlines. Both offer an exceptional business class experience. The A380 experience is roughly the same for both airlines, both offer limousine pick up for your outward flight. The business class seats are comparable - although I preferred the Qatar (QR) layout slightly more than that of Emirates (EK). The EK entertainment offers a slightly more extensive menu than QR - but both are very good - with a very wide choice. Meal service - both exceptional. Cabin Crew - both exceptional. The only edge that QR has is the A350 - which is a distinct advantage . They are amazing aircraft to fly on.
