I’m being sued and I’m representing myself in court. How do I fill out the form called “answer to complaint”?
You can represent yourself. Each form is different per state or county but generally an answer is simply a written document which presents a synopsis of your story to the court. The answer is not your defense, just written notice to the court that you intend to contest the suit. The blank forms are available at the court clerk’s office and are pretty much self explanatoryThere will be a space calling for the signature of an attorney. You should sign your name on the space and write the words “Pro se” after your signature. This lets the court know you are acting as your own attorney.

How much time does it take to get a yes/no answer for Canada Express Entry after filling out all the form & signing up? How many points are needed for a positive answer, i.e. how many points do the people that are getting accepted have on average?
The minimum that I know people got accepted is from 450 to 470 points.Usually when you fill up the information it tells you straight up if you are in the pool or not.By experience Canada’a express entry system is THE WORST THING EVER happened to the Canada’s immigration. It is literally a nightmare! The portal crashes, and sometimes only open between midnight and 3am. You literally need to be the luckiest person to have it work normally. What is worst about it: Is that the Canadian government keeps on saying they will fix issues, and in the same time calling it the best system ever, where it is the worst system I have ever seen. NO technical support whatsoever.Good luck in your application. My advice also, Canada is not as it advertises. It s quite hard out there, and people are racist (not to your face, but we a smile and in their mind, which is to the worst).I do not recommend Canada as a land for immigration, but I recommend Canada for studying. Schools there are pretty multicultural, and you do not feel the racism only when you go in the labour market or create your company.

What are some amazing facts from India’s ancient history?
After the defeat of Prithiviraj Chouhan in second battle of tarain in 1192 in the hands of Mohammad Ghori a vacuum was created in northern and eastern India. There seems to be no opposition to the Turko-Afghan invaders in that region. These invaders very swiftly advanced in modern day UP, Bihar,Bengal and signNowed near the Assam border in northeast and Odisha border in south east. All the kings those faced the invaders were mostly defensive in nature. They were successful in some wars in defending their territory but new wave of attacks were made on them by the invaders next time with new enforcement and slowly all these kingdoms failed.Odisha which is just south of Bengal also faced new wave of attacks from them as well. But some how it managed to defend itself because of strong Eastern Ganga king of Anaga bhima deba 3. However, he was also defensive in nature. Now came his Son named Narasingha Deva a.k.a Langula Narasingha Deva. He was aggressive in nature. Odisha a.k.a Kalinga always had a strong military tradition from ancient times and it was an independent kingdoms most of the times of history. Same tradition was maintained during Narasingha Deva's time as well. He was the first Indian king at that time to have an offensive postering. He not only repulsed their attacks but pushed them as far behind as Padma River in current-day Bangladesh. According to the Sanskrit work of Ekavali of the poet Vidydhara, he has decorated Narasimha Deva's achievements with titles like "Yavanabani Ballabha" meaning conqueror of Yavana or Turko-Afghan kingdom and "Hamira Mada Mardana" meaning vanquisher of the Turko-Afghan Amirs of Bengal. The Mauluk governer of Bengal Tughril-Tughan Khan fled to Lakhnauti in order to save his life. His rule over Radha(a subdivision of Bengal province) came to an end. The victory of Narasimhadeva I over the Turko-Afghan army has been described in the Anantavasudeva temple inscription. He was the first king of that time to attack a Turko-Afghan kingdom and snatch big chunk of their territory. This resulted in a situation where no more attack was done on Odisha for more than 100 years. The prestige of Narasingha increased because of this act and to commemorate this victory he built Konark Sun temple.Sadly bravery of this Odia king and successive kings of Odisha is not discussed much in present day Indian history. Look at the map of Eastern Ganga rule. Almost all of India is under Islamic rulers except two or three areas including Odisha under Eastern Ganga. However, We didn't learn anything from history and believe in defence than offense. No wonder we didn't care kings like Narasingha .Here are some references as asked by few readers:Narasimhadeva I (1238 – 1264 A.D.)The Military Achievements of Emperor Langula Narasingha Deba IThere are inscriptions of these wars in Anantavasudeva temple as well. If you will look into various maps of India during Delhi sultanate period you can also find that Odisha was among very few independent kingdoms in whole of India covering a large chunk of area in South eastern coast of India where as north, south and western part of it all were occupied by Turko-Afghan invaders. There is a Sanskrit work of poet Vidyadhara named Ekavali where he mentions all these. In Sanskrit bronze inscription in Kendupatana this is also mentioned.

What is the best plan to study for the SAT?
I gave the SAT in October last year, and got a score of 1520/1600. I had a month and a half to prepare for it. I did not join any paid coaching specifically for it.I am good with English and since I was preparing for IIT JEE and other engineering exams, my Math and mental ability portions were also covered properly. But of course, the SAT is a whole different deal, and so I prepared from Khan Academy. They have a tie-up with the College Board and host the official SAT practice on their site.Khan AcademyI used the site extensively in that period and practiced all the English and Math exercises till I mastered all the skills, and then gave the practice tests. In the four tests I gave, I had scores of 1470, 1480, 1540, 1470, so as you can see, the tests match the level of the real exam.Everything you need to prepare for the SAT is available at Khan Academy, best of all, for free! It's a great site, I've used it before to understand complex Physics and Math topics while preparing for the IIT JEE. They have videos explaining all sorts of topics, from microeconomics to multi-variable calculus.{Note- If you too are a JEE aspirant like me, you will notice that SAT Maths has some portions we have not been taught, in topics like Statistics. I had to learn from videos on Khan Academy}Here's another good site, this time specifically for online test preparation. I used their free material to prepare the TOEFL (scored 110), not the SAT, but I'm sure they have nice material for the SAT too.Magoosh Online SAT Prep & PracticeFor the SAT, make sure you are proficient at English. You'll have to be good and fast at reading long passages (like this answer), have a good grasp over grammar and vocabulary.Try the Magoosh Vocabulary Builder app, it does what it's name suggests. You can build your vocab for the SAT, TOEFL or GRE. I'm using it now for because it's fun, like a game. There are other good vocabulary apps like Volte and Knudge.me, as well. Haven't tried them extensively, however. The best way to improve your English is to read good literature, however. Since I'm an avid reader, I had not much to do in English while preparing for the SAT.If you're not into online preparation, start by buying some books for SAT preparation. I did buy and complete (mostly) the Barron's SAT book. However, I found Khan Academy more useful and helpful. I haven't tried any other preparation books, so I can't tell you which is the best SAT preparation series.
