In both cases you need to give details like name of the Bank ( in this case SBI) , account number ,name of the account holder and branch code . Besides this ,in case the said company is making payments from any location in India , you have to give the IFSC code . In second case , ie company making payment from a foreign country , SWIFT code needs to be given .

Update 9-21-16Woah! So much has happened in the past few years since I wrote my original answer. Wanted to come in here and give this an update.Currently, my answer has turned 180 degrees and I firmly believe new applications should use Swift. There are a few exceptions to this rule (like all rules), but I want to first explain my reasons for favoring Swift.First, the Swift compiler is stable and feature complete enough to be used day-to-day without many issues. Of course, there are still problems, but they are much fewer and further between than they used to be.Second, Swift is simply a great language! The type system is supportive, yet you don't feel the weight of it anywhere. Not only that, the compiler errors are getting better and better all the time. While tedious at times, those errors on average actually lead to faster debugging and faster development.Finally, Swift is where the market is going. More and more, I see our alums getting interviews in Swift over Objective-C. Not only that, the community has completely embraced the usage of Swift, and all the new community-built features come to Swift first.I do have a few exceptions to my rule of using Swift. There are still are a few situations where Objective-C shines:If you need to interact with an old C/C++ library, Objective-C is just way better.If you are doing a **ton** of Video or Audio work. Every current third-party library is objective-c. You don't need to know obj-c to learn swift but it'll help a lot. Knowing objective-c is going to be crucial for at least the next six months to a year. You will always come up with ways to delay learning something. Take Swift out of the equation.Thankfully, learning objective-c is going to help you immensely with Swift. Much of iOS programming is simply learning the frameworks. Even though the syntax changes from Obj-C to Swift, the properties, methods and everything else about these frameworks is consistent. Last, most of the learning materials for Swift assume you know objective-c already and there are purposefully many parallels between objective-c and swift.
