Im not going to mention all the economic problems or diplomatic problems involved with north korea since thats not the question so . . .Lets assume its just North Korea against US, South Korea, France, and UK. Since its American led France and UK are only going to be holding a few strategic points and basically watching from the sidelines. The DMZ would definetly be a no go since thats impossible to cross because of all the mines so the US and South Korea will have to aproach from sea. After a month or two of air combat North Korea would have been crippled but the capital of South Korea and all cities near the border would have been evacuated and practically destroyed by artillery but in that month or two the US would have been able to deploy about 500k troops(im not actually sure how long it will take to mobilize and deploy this much reserve personnel from US to South Korea so take this with a grain of salt) to South Korea in preparation of a beach invasion. The beaches will be heavily defended and will probably happen from the sea of Japan and not the yellow sea since China will not like that.Now for the actual invasion, we will probably bombard the daylight out of the beach if its contested and bomb any nearby artillery. This war is most likely going to turn into urban warfare and be like the battle of Stalingrad where we will meet fierce resistance and encounter many IEDs. Since nearly ever citizen could and probably will be a combatant since the rhetoric and propaganda will exponentially increase from the North Korean government to its people, it will probably be a massacre. The US had the same problem with Japan which is why we chose not to have a land invasion.Personally I would send thousand of pamphlets of information to dissuade the North Koreans from fighting and send humanitarian efforts to get rid of the notion that the invaders are horrible and will do horrible things but that probably wont happen.I would hope that we cut them off from the north but that wont happen since china is right there. The reason I hope this is because Kim Jong-Un might escape and nuclear bombs might get lost in this war. China will prevent any refugees from escaping except for the higher military and political personnel from escaping to China.Near the end of the first year of fighting, we will slowly start pushing forward from the sea of Japan and invade North Korea in less than a year and a half. But remember, this will result in a massacre if we must invade North Korea as soon as possible and the first places we’ll(South Korea and US) invade is the rural villages and areas. Also more than half the people fighting will be South Korean Personnel and we’ll have South Korean Personnel embedded with our troops to act as translators.

So the divergent point for this world will be the 900s when the Vikings travelled to New Brunswick. Well Native Americans don’t get to setup countries on mass like some might hope, instead they just take much longer to colonise, perhaps starting after the industrial revolution in Europe when the advanced technology may finally be enough to take on the sheer numbers of Native Americans. It is estimate that the population there pre-Columbus was about 54 million, compared to Europe’s 78 in 1400, it was clearly going to be an uphill battle for would-be colonisers.With that being said it would also have been clear that one day Europeans would be able to take the heartland of the Americas, not just the tiny islands of the Caribbean or coasts of Brazil. Pushing any further until about 1800 is unthinkable. Napoleon Bonaparte would have lived around the same time that this world’s Conquistadors landed on the continent.Now where specifically European control lies is unclear, where different Europeans control is also unclear and that will have a huge effect on Europe itself. The countries that do best in the Americas will also be the ones that would be powerful in 1800 without it, meaning France, Britain, the Netherlands and maybe Germany (depending if they unify or not in time) are the leaders of this world’s 19th Century, they are the countries that found the New world first and reap the rewards from it before others, the Spain and Portugal of our world.But, for the same reasons as our timeline, the Netherlands falls behind their larger counterparts. but as for who comes out on top, Britain or France, it’s hard to say. They were evenly matched economically, geographically and colonially, it was a British victory in our world only because of French indecisiveness despite greater number and powerful allies. The 7 years War is fought in this world as well but nearly a century later with much lower stakes in the Americas, France faces Britain in a global century around the 1800s-1850s. Later than our world so with better technology but as a bigger consequence, who ever wins will dominate the colonial age.Things beyond this point are really just speculation but there are of course a few more general changes I’d like to go over.The Native American population could be as much as 50 times higher, though perhaps European technology like metallurgy or the wheel could allow them to sustain higher populations than the ones they had Pre-Columbus.Native American states might pop up, imagine an Incan empire fighting against Red coats in 1900 with 100% of their population and 400 years of experience behind their belt as well.The dominant languages in ‘Latin America’ are likely English or French, not Spanish and Portuguese.With attention away from the Americas, it is then focused on Africa, Asia and Oceania instead. Ethiopia, Thailand, Japan and many others may all be targets of colonisation with more attention drawn to them.

Seriously, that's the ONE place on EARTH that wants you going home with their propaganda.  All you had to do was ask and I'm sure there's a bazillion "official" ones auto-penned by the Kims themselves.
