Is it a ridiculous law? Racing on a highway is potentially very dangerous, whether it be motor cars, bicycles or horses.I am sure that people have, at some time, raced horses on the highway in Rhode Island.In England, Wales and, I think, both jurisdictions in Ireland, there is an offence under section 35 of the Offences Against the Person Act of “wanton and furious driving”. Obviously it’s not confined to motor cars, but was designed for horse drawn vehicles. It include bicycles.Informal trotting races on the highway are not uncommon in parts of England. I don’t have a problem with trotting races on a closed highway, but when other people are using the roads it’s a menace.

That's a little bit of a funny question. They also showed concern for your health and love for your family.Promises marriage as soon as he/she gets to state for leave that they asked you to pay for.They Requests money (wire transfers) and Amazon, iTune ,Verizon, etc gift cards, for medicine, religious practices, and leaves to come home, internet access, complete job assignments, help sick friend, get him out of trouble, or anything that sounds fishy.The military does provide all the soldier needs including food medical Care and transportation for leave. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I am just trying to show you examples that you are most likely being connned.Below is an email response I received after I sent an inquiry to the US government when I discovered I was scammed.
