The most recent violent assualt on the media at a trump rally is more definitive proof what kind of sick people these trumpsters are.Nobody has ever said open the borders, EVER. But there are smarter ways of doing things. Walls have never worked thought the history of the entire planet. I'm retired military. I've been on the Berlin wall and the Korean DMZ, guess what - thousands crossed both every year. The most militarized and harsh walls on earth, and people still got through. Every single wall in the history of the world has failed. Nobody has ever addressed the oceans on each side either. And most of the drugs that are smuggled in are via American citizen mules - AT THE EXISTING BORDER CHECKPOINTS - building a wall will literally useless if the border patrol openly admits drugs come in via the checkpoints/ports of entry. Then theres drones. The Colombia drug cartels even use homemade submarines. We have technology that can monitor the border far better than a costly wall which will eventually rust and crumble.There are smart ways of solving this issue, but so much hate, fear, paranoia, and racism is being pumped into the issue it's truly sick. The only way to stop drugs coming in is to stop the DEMAND. Drug war has lasted idk 50 years now? Been a complete failure. The only way to stop these people fleeing their homelands is to work with those countries to fix their issues. The FBI sent agents out to the scene and took over detaining and questioning these Israeli men. There were no bomb materials of any kind inside the van, and the photo equipment was seized for examination.Over the next three months these men were questioned over and over again. At first they all refused to take lie detector tests but later most relented. All had served in the Israeli army, and one of them did not want to reveal what it was he did in the army. The owner of this moving company, who was also Israeli, vanished, abandoning his business and his home, presumably returning to Israel. It is surmised that this moving company was an Israeli front for conducting low level intelligence on Muslim charities in the New Jersey area that Israel suspected were funding terror organizations in Lebanon, the West Bank and Gaza Strip. While understandable, the United States, nevertheless, does not particularly like foreign countries conducting intelligence gathering within U.S. borders while keeping such activity secret from U.S. authorities.
