I do not know the exact rules but you are required to maintain a min of 7 CGPA from first year onwards to avail the scholarship.And from what I have gathered through friends who were availing the scholarship, you should consider it as an interest free loan which you will have to payback once you pass out from the college.And from what I have heard you will be given the degree certificate only after you pay back the scholarship amount. Until then the degree is kept by the college with them.NOTE: The figure of 1.5LPA and 7 CGPA may have changed now.
