oh [Music] oh all right in this um or right in this case Miss Flanigan has a child support order of 388 a month pass to amount of $2,910 um last time we came to court hold on one second for me please last time we came to court I did know that Dad has is already in another court so I don't parallel two courts the superior court is a higher Court than this court is and so I generally allow the Superior Court to handle any matters regarding issuing warrants or contempts and in this case um it appears that there was a court hearing in Clayton County on July 27th where Dad was given an order to pay a certain amount um Miss uh Carson can you update us on that order please all I see in here your honor is that he has another courot date on 8:23 which then there's nothing about that can you just share what you shared earlier that there was an accountability Court yeah it says in the record it says due to your recent dismissal from our parent accountability program they were offering him an oppo
